The Aurora Borealis weaves her magic in the night sky over Sandtorgholmen

Guests staying at the Sandtorgholmen hotel in Northern Norway who’d travelled all the way from Boston in the USA were absolutely thrilled to pieces when one of their lifelong dreams was fulfilled this evening, that being to witness one of Mother Nature’s most spectacular natural phenomena, the awe-inspiring Aurora Borealis. We absolutely love seeing the reaction of our guests when they see the Aurora first time – it’s like watching grown adults turn into children as they glance upwards in total awe into the night sky, and make excitable whooping sounds. It really does make our job an absolute pleasure. Thank you! 🙂
